Camps
With over 20 years coaching experience and working at all levels, Our rugby camps are put together to create a fun club like atmosphere where players can develop, show their strengths and develop on their skills.

Time of camp
Drop off 0845-0915
Pick up 1500-1515
Fluids
Please bring a water bottle. There is a water tap onsite.
Snacks and Lunch
Please bring snacks and food for lunch. Please make staff aware of any allergies.
First Aid
All lead staff are first aid trained.
Injuries will be reported if treatment is given.
Camp structure
The camp is designed to challenge the players on and off the field.
Sessions are put together to develop players key skills, team work and creativity to name a few.
This is done by on and off the field activities and challenges.
Off field challenges are also used to keep players off feet to make sure they recover from sessions and reduce the chance of injuries.
