Arrive on time and ready for sessions. Staff will be on site post session for 15 minutes

Please bring a water bottle and enough fluid for the session.

Please bring food for during & post sessions. Please make staff aware of any allergies.

Can all medicine please be in a clear bag with instructions of use.
