Stuart started working in schools back in 2001 for his local club Garioch RFC as one of their first development officers. Since then he has worked in school environments all over the UK in various capacities.

In 2017 Big Rig Rugby was set up and worked in Schools around Aberdeenshire for various rugby clubs and schools.

​

Now Big Rig Rugby develops local youth players to become coaches in the curriculum. As well as sharing knowledge we also try and create opportunities for our staff to learn in other environments. 

 

We will work with clubs and schools to deliver bespoke programs.
